Is this meant to take immediate effect ? If you use the command then
look at the Energy Saver panel, or use the 'pmset' command does it
reflect the fact that the change has been made ?
what i get on attempting to awaken a sleeping client is:
! communication error Status : sleeping
Do you have switches/routers between the server and client
computer ? If so, are you sure they all pass the wake packet ?
Try using another utility to wake the client computer, for instance
