You can move the two kernel extensions (kexts) that support the
bluetooth
hardware to an "Extensions (Disabled)" folder.
The extensions are:
IOBluetoothFamily.kext
IOBluetoothHIDDriver.kext
You'll have to reboot after moving the extensions.
It's cleaner to just push the com.apple.Bluetooth.plist with the
ControllerPowerState key set to the number 0 as an "Always" item in WGM.

Is there a quick and easy way to disable Bluetooth for all my WGM

I disable it at the machine level? Any help would be appreciated.
