Title: Oregon Trail 5 on Intel iMac

Has anyone been able to get OT5 to work on an Intel Core2 Duo iMac?

In my lab OT5 opens with a stutter (it runs about 2 seconds and stops for about 1 second) until the company splash screen has finished playing, then crashes. I have looked at the error report (16 pages long) but I have gained no info I can use from that.

I am suspicious that the combination of a newer video card and the Intel chip is causing this problem but in spite of googling for two months I have seen no mention of anyone else having a problem.

Riverdeep has no updates, either.
