| I created the file /Applications/FixFirefox.app/Contents/MacOS/FixFirefox with the following content (make sure you chmod a+rx the script): #! /bin/bash echo Start Fix Firefox at $(date) rm -vf "$(find ~/Library/Application\ Support/Firefox/Profiles -name .parentlock)" echo Done Fix Firefox at $(date) When I encounter the "already open" error, I launch my FixFirefox application and then relaunch Firefox.
