We have had our Smartboards a semester now and I just discovered that when
a student logs in under MCX the Smartboard will not work for them. There
is power to the board, but even after opening the software, the board
light will not turn green. Works fine if a teacher logs in with the same
laptop. I'm not managing any apps for students so I can't figure out what
the difference would be. I tried making all the files/folders in the
Smartboard Software folder R/WR and that didn't help. Any suggestions
would be great. Server is Panther, client is Tiger.
