PaperCut is a great product, I do use it in one of our photo labs where we have 7 different epson printers and it works nice, so far. Thanks for the manual tip!
I'm not thrilled about using this less than good solution for a way of controlling printing in another lab, but hopefully it works out, otherwise they'll be buying another PaperCut license.
