Binding and NSToolbarItem in Leopard Interface Builder

I noticed that Interface Builder (from Mac OS X 10.5)
let you set (through binding) the Enabled property
of a NSToolbarItem

I did some tests but with no success,
does some of you used this new feature with success ?

can you help me with it
