I was just wondering whether anybody would be interested in a project (hosted at sourceforge?) to produce a set of frameworks around some of the procedural APIs that we have on OS X. I was especially thinking of DirectoryService.framework (the supposed "replacement" for NIAccess). Since I'm back at school today (vomit) I certainly wouldn't be able to do all this on my own, and having a collaborative effort would make more sense anyways.

Perhaps we could even try and plug the horrible hole left by the lack of EOF?
