I would say the upgrade is definitely worth it, but make sure you install
the updated dev tools. The dev tools from Mac OS X 10.0.x will NOT work in
10.1, you need to use the new ones. That means that you should get the
upgrade from Apple's Up-To-Date program or download the image from ADC
before you install (just to be sure it's there when you need it).
