Re: What is the purpose of static typing?



Well, since we are all in disagreement here, I am going to respectfully
resign my original statement for the record, although, until I have time
to sit down and try these other tests, I obviously can't accept that
that red is blue, if in my eyes it indeed looks like red.

Sorry to have caused such a fuss.

I don't want to get everyone too upset with me over this when I myself
need help from all of you on a problem that I'm having in my own app.

(my issue will be started in a new thread later. hopefully we'll have a
little more agreement on that subject.)
