I have a freeware application I would like to add some Japanese
localisation to.
Would anybody be willing and able to translate 20 or so short strings
into Japanese, or know somebody who would?
Depending on what strings you need to localise, my Cocoa Localized Nibs
may be of help. They're a collection of MainMenu.nib files,
pre-localised into various languages (with all connections intact).
Currently, the supported languages are: English, French, German, Dutch,
Italian, Catalan, Danish, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish, Finnish,
Spanish, Serbian, Japanese and Korean.
Also included are various useful localisation-related items, including
ISO code-tables for languages and countries, flag graphics, and so on.
It's all free for anyone to use (the license is essentially the Creative
Commons Attribution License). You can find the Localized Nibs on my
Cocoa source page:
