The name of the list is "cocoa-dev", so I would like to read about Cocoa
problems and hope to find some inspiration for my own projects...
Beginner C questions a bit anoying and not on-topic in my opinion.
I suggest you read two books on C:

1. any C book for beginners
2. Peter van der Linden's "Expert C Programming" (read this multiple times)
