These instructions are for Project Builder, and perhaps they work with Xcode
when building a PB-style project (I haven't tried that). But they don't work
for native projects at this time as far as I can tell.

Xcode is still under development, and my experience has been that the
settings relating to embedding frameworks aren't finished yet.
