I'm guessing it's probably in the same place as those dual-processor G5s which were supposed to be shipped at the end of August[1]... <8*( Oh, well; better late than never.

I just downloaded and installed the recent (7B68 build).
It appears the the Xcode distribution added to the ADC
site on Sep 12th belongs to it.

It is thus not a 10.2 compatible CD image.
