Resize with buttons

Hi! i have a window with a ScrollView and a TableView. Above the
TableView, I have 2 NSButtons. When I resize the window at runtime,
both the Scrollview and the TableView work OK (I turned on the springs
in IBuilder).
But the 2 buttons are moved up away. How can I solve this?
