Arranging Windows [Newbie]

All,

I have an application I am working on that when it comes up it draws 4 main windows. These are just normal window objects in IB, all set to draw on app load.

Where/how would I put it into the app code to get the screen size , then resize and arrange the windows on screen based on that information?
