Before all the other ADC Online members scramble to login: no, it's not there.

It's not a good idea to quote or redirect private emails to a public mailing list.

FWIW, my download of 8A428 from ADC completed about an hour ago and just I finished burning it to DVD, so um YES, it's available for download if you have a seed key.
