From a brief poke around on the web, it looks as if PSTOEDIT
in conjunction with GhostScript and/or GhostView would be the
best way to go. PSTOEDIT apparently can convert to a variety
of vector formats. I don't have PSTOEDIT installed on the PC,
so I can't speak to how easy it might be to get what you want.
Certainly, GhostView on the PC has a menu option labelled
'Convert . . .', which means convert to vector format.
