how to use MountedRemovableMedia API ???

Hi all

   I am new to cocoa programming. I have enough knowledge of C/C++. I wanted to develop project on cocoa programming . I have read help about the cocoa programming and i am following the Book "Cocoa Programming" by Anguish Buck Yacktman.

I have to get the removable disks in my system. I have got the cocoa API "MountedRemovableMedia" but i don't know how to use this in my project.
Plz give me some code example how i can use this API.
