You can probably get around this limitation by having your plug
check call the needed command on it's first run.
Needless to say it bloats the plug in a bit, but it would restore
drag and drop installation.
Gah, this would be bad. They should be lightweight, and your
plug-in won't get called until your application has been run.
It'd be better to have your updated application do this the
first time that it gets run.
Not a great solution there either though.
Hopefully Apple will correct this "limitation" in 10.4.1 ;-)
