You can't rely on being able to write to your Info.plist, though. There is SPI you can use if you look hard enough around for it, but I'm not going to point anybody to it unless they can justify why they need to use it :-)

Would that be Software Patent Institute <www.spi.org>, Software in the Public Interest, Inc. <www.spi-inc.org>, or The Society of the Plastics Industry <www.socplas.org>? I have no idea what you are talking about!


Anyway, for some strange reason there is no 'royal route' to change your apps name, only a backdoor that is unlocked most of the time.
