For example, if a custom view has been added and then Make
subviews of->Scroll View is applied, there seems to be no easy way
to get rid of the Scroll View at a later date without deleting the
instance hierarchy and starting over.
Select the scroll view, then choose "Layout-Ungroup" or hit command-
shift-U.
