Sometime ago I did the first ObjectiveC wrapper for expat 1.2 and
included an XML parser that returned an equivalent PList. Doing a
quick search on the web, all of the locations that hosted it seem to
be defunct. If there is any interest in it, I'll resurrect it and
put it on my idisk for people. It was dead easy to use.
