Re: How to get documentView in a WebView?

NSLog(@"%@", [[[webView mainFrame] frameView] documentView]);
This message does return (null) until there is actual web content being displayed within the main frame's frame view. I just tested this myself.

My results before and after displaying a web page in the main frame:
------------------------------------------------------------------------ -
2006-04-11 14:35:21.919 WebFrameTest[9621] (null)
2006-04-11 14:35:37.165 WebFrameTest[9621] <WebHTMLView: 0x3a41d0>
------------------------------------------------------------------------ -

Sorry for asking this basic question again. But I still don't understand why the second line returns (null):

- (void) awakeFromNib
{
	NSLog(@"%@", [[webView mainFrame] frameView]);
	NSLog(@"%@", [[[webView mainFrame] frameView] documentView]);
}

Isn't there a default document view in my WebView?
Thanks for any hints.

Tristan
