MightyMouse vs Cocoa

Would someone mind telling me what NSResponder method is called when the MightyMouse sends these new scrollwheel events? I'm handling scrollWheel:(NSEvent*), but that does not appear to be getting called with these new mice.

I saw the Carbon technote, but there has been no indication of a Cocoa equivalent.
