Well, it seems that my windowWillReturnUndoManager: method wasn't
getting called. I had checked the nib earlier and confirmed that my
controller was still the delegate of my window - and it was. I
checked again, and it still was. I disconnected it, saved, and
reconnected... voila, it's working.
