I solved the problem of the hot key in my menu item.
I just exchanged the 3rd item with the 4th item.
It sounds absurd but it works.
They were (the C hot key didn't work):
1 Item: Command+Control+X
2 Item: Command+Control+S
3 Item: Command+Control+L
4 Item: Command+Control+C
Now they are (they all work):
1 Item: Command+Control+X
2 Item: Command+Control+S
3 Item: Command+Control+C
4 Item: Command+Control+L
If I use again the old item list, it doesn't work again.
So I can reproduce the problem.

Actually, if there is a service whose shortcut conflicts with an

then the application shortcut takes precedence and there will be
no shortcut
shown against the service.
