Hi all,

I am currently working on to create a Mac X Boot CD (10.4); Any body
can help me on this....

This isn't really related to Cocoa. If you want help creating one for
your own purposes, try a user-level mailing list; if you want to
develop an application which can be booted off a CD (e.g. a disk
repair tool) you'll probably have to contact DTS and work out some
sort of license.
