Hmm.
I found that the 10.2.8 and 10.3.9 SDKs have a <libkern/OSAtomic.h>
in the Kernel.framework. But if I add that framework to my project
and #include the file, the #include fails for some reason.
Kernel.framework is only for use when in kernel.
OK, but I don't know why that would cause the #include to fail.
It really doesn't matter either way; I need a solution that can work on
10.3 (and hopefully 10.2 as well) so I am going to use the functions in
CarbonCore.
