I'm seeing a crash when I try and scroll down in an NSBrowser.
The Browser items are being updated during the scroll, but
everything should be happening on the main thread.
I'd expect some loss of responsiveness, but not an outright crash
Does carbonIconDictionaryKeyCallbacks ring any bells for anyone?
