Profile question

I use Profiler Pro and a Spectrocam to make my profiles and these are done
on a PC. I would like to use these profiles on a Mac when I travel to test
our papers during the manufacturing/coating process. Is it possible to move
profiles made on a PC to a Mac? Just change the file extension? Not that
simple? Impossible?
