Too bad, it's a MAJOR pain! At one point, the folks at Profile City were
seriously considering to remove it. I think they should. It makes a Dongle
seem convenient. And all that nonsense for a under $200 product. As you've
seen on the list, others feel the Matchlock is almost as trouble as giving
blood...

Good documentation is worth a lot and it's too bad more companies didn't put
as much effort in as they could.
