Unfortunately, it's impossible to use ICC profiles in Rainbow Rip software.
ColorTargets for this RIP can be created with Imation SpectralProfiler
Software (not with ColorLocking you've mentioned in your letter).
ColorLocking software can be used to keep consistency of the quality
achieved during first calibration with SpectralProfiler Software.

You can use ColorBlind Parachute or GretagMacbeth Batchmatcher or iQueue in
conjunction with Rainbow Rip software to achieve colormanagement workflow.
Don't forget to set "uncalibrated" in Preferences/ColorTarget in RIP to
ensure true 4-color printing.
