Andrew, the great "Digital Dog" Can you generate a postscript print file
from PS CS under Panther using a custom page size where the width is greater
then the height and have it preview or print correctly? I can't

I have no problem printing from CS with custom size pages; nor do my clients (most using 10.3.2 on G4's and G5's).
Make sure that you have created a Postscript printer using the Generic PPD.
