I took some time this week to see the EFI ColorProof XF. The UI is basically
an OSX version of the Best ColorProof rip.
However, it is my understanding (and I did ask twice) that ColorProof XF
that at first glance seems to run on the Mac. However, it is really a Mac
client with calibration options such as the lin, ink limiting and profile
features. Meaning you still need a windows box to run the server so you can
print from the Mac through the server to an inkjet.
It seems like the long way around to get the calibration stuff on a Mac.
