Unless it's changed recently, the script requires the patch layout to be the
same as the plain vanilla ColorChecker, so no, it won't work with the SG
without modification.

You can make your own synthetic target with ColorLab, or download the one I
made from the generic readings and use that:

It's in LAB mode, so you'll have to convert it to whatever working space
you're using before its values will become meaningful.
