Yes, there are KVM-switches that emulate DDC. And you can run your
display-calibration-software on both machines.

This is not possible, the display-profile you create is unique for that
combination of monitor, video-card and machine+OS. But you can calibrate
both systems.

However, KVM-switches often boost the video-signal. I don't know how
this will effect the quality of the signal, but it probably will effect
the signal when your using DVI analog.
So you may want to try calibrating your display twice: once with, and
once without the KVM-switch. Then compare the resulting profiles to make
shure the switch doesn't mess up things.
