If the profiles are somewhere within your home directory, then you can elect
to preserve everything in there. If not you'll have to copy them over.

Photoshop installs a lot of stuff in various Application Support folders on
the system, so reinstalling from the CD would probably be easier than
attempting to find it all and copy it over.
