Colour shift in CS but ok in CS2

Title: Colour shift in CS but ok in CS2
Hi,

Apologies if this is more suited to Adobe forum but I wondered if anyone else has experienced this:

Using Photoshop CS new document in LAB fill with Pantone Solid Coated 3165
In InDesign CS create a new document and fill with same colour.
Paste Photoshop colour over top of other and there is a noticeable difference in colour.

My colour settings are Euro Prepress Defaults in both Apps. CMYK being Euroscale Coated

Ive tried this again in CS2 and the problem disappears.
