Hello Simon,

as you write, the problem seems to be not ProfileMaker itself,
but the dongle driver, a hasp/hardlock as far as I remember.

Did you try the latest version of the aladdin.com?
The system profiler on mac OSX or the device manager
on a working pc should help you to find out what exactly you need.

I am using GMB's ProfileMaker 5 and all is fine on Mac's and most PC's, however I cannot get the Dongle to install on PC's with Athlone 64 bit processors. Essentially GMB does not have a ProfileMaker 5 product for PC's with the very popular Athlone 64 bit processor fitted. The Athlone 32 bit Processor works OK.
