We've been using Onyx Postershop for all our printers, and it includes a Pantone certified LUT for matching spot colors. It also allows you to add your own (you have to specify LAB values), and will calculate and display the dE for all the matches. Of course you have to have the media profiled for any of this to work, but I'm assuming that's not an issue.
