Staedtler (as in Staedtler Mars, the drafting supply company) has been producing third party ink carts for HP inkjet printers (starting with the 'plotter" models) longer than any company that I am aware of. Given the patented head technology in every cart, this means refurbed HP carts, with third party ink in them. Keep in mind that their background is architectural/engineering, not prepress and photo; but they may well be selling, or reselling, any number of inksets these days.
