LAB value for proofing stock

The way I figure, if your paper white matches the LAB values of, let's say SWOP certified publication stock, then your proofs should be fairly in-line to what the SWOP press will produce with all variables and QC controls being controlled and managed, of course. Which brings up a question...What exactly is the paper white LAB value for SWOP? How about SNAP? Does anyone have these values?
