Dell Monitor

I purchased a Benq 19 inch LCD from T.D.Curran in Bellingham, WA, with the sales rep knowing if I could not do appropriate CM with it, I would return it for a full refund.   I did return it without incident.  T.D.Curran is the local Apple reseller in this neighborhood and I purchase my Macs monitors, and accessories from them.

They don't have a large selection of different brands of monitors, and I am sure if a special order was placed, it could not be returned unless the monitor was defective.

www.tdcurran.com.       No. I don't have any financial interest in them.

Cheers

Does anyone have first-hand experience returning inconsistent/subpar

monitors to dealers or manufacturers (and the range of problems considered

acceptable to issue an RMA) and could recommend with whom to (or not to)
