Andrew, sounds obvious but it wasn't to me today (doing a head clean and
nozzle check is in my instruction sheet but no I didn't ask until you
brought it up). So I have asked the client to do a head clean and check the
cartridges, print out a new set of targets and I'll make a new profile for
him tomorrow and we'll see if that's it
Thanks... I'll post how we get on with the new targets

Yes, posterization is evident with PS softproofing. Waiting on new targets
post head cleaning.
