When using the "Photo-realistic" setting (Print dialog box -> Color
management -> Color Controls -> Mode: Photo-realistic) to create a profile,
do you also check the "EPSON Natural Color" checkbox, or not? And which
Gamma do you select, 1.8 or 2.2?
I also assume that you leave all controls (brightness, contrast, saturation,
etc.) at zero, correct?
