Extracting PANTONE Lab values from Photoshop

Title: Extracting PANTONE Lab values from Photoshop
Does anyone know a way to extract a complete list of Lab values from the Pantone libraries that come with Photoshop? One could build up a list of values one color at a time, but...how do you say "impractical"?

The Pantone libraries reside in files ending in ".aco", in the directory (computername)/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS/Presets/Color Swatches/Adobe Photoshop Only.

These are formatted in a proprietary way that makes them unreadable in ColorThink or ColorShop or ColorLab.

Any ideas?

Grazie.
