PressReady replacement

Hi list,
I have a client who has successfully used PressReady RIP as a way to create 
colour accurate pdf's. This has worked well for many years but now they 
understandably want to upgrade their Macs & move to OSX. All work is
generated using Illustrator & PS. The pdf's are used to send colour accurate 
designs from the head office in Melbourne to their subsidiary offices in Sydney. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for a suitable replacement for PressReady
that works on OSX that supports a colour managed workflow to pdf output and 
work with small ink jet printers?
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
