3 Delta E 76 is not the same as 3 Delta E 94, or 3 Delta E 2000, or 3 Delta
E CMC (2:1).

I say that because I keep reading that "3 Delta E corresponds to the ability
of the average human observer to discern a visually significant color
difference," but without specifying the "flavor", I find that statement
almost meaningless.
