I am aware of a number of UK publishers using the ISO/ECI profiles,
notably
BBC Magazines who are using both Forga 27 and 28 based profiles and
will be
changing to Fogra 39 very soon.
I believe many other publishers will now change as the ISO Coated
v2 300
profile fits better with the papers used in to UK then Fogra 28,
ISO web
coated.
Maybe we should have a "beer wager" then?
For every BBC publication that states that it will accept Fogra
certified proofs I'll buy you a beer. For every BBC publication that
states that it will only accept Digital Cromalin you buy me a beer.
I reckon that that'd be a bit of a cheap and very drunken night
out... for me ;-)
